HOA Board Members - Del Norte/Eastgate
Del Norte/Eastgate Community is managed by our nine person Board of Directors. The community is also assisted by a variety of active committees. The Board and the Committees are comprised of elected and appointed homeowner volunteers.

Perry and his wife, Robin, have been in Del Norte since 1979 where they raised two beautiful daughters. He has been married for 45 years and is “Poppa P” to a grandson and a brand new granddaughter. Perry has been involved in the golf business for over forty years. He and his wife share an interest in gardening and landscaping.

Anne Marie Church and her husband Bob became homeowners in Del Norte in July 1988. Their three children grew up in the neighborhood and enjoyed many summers at the pool. Anne Marie is serving her fifth year on the HOA board. Currently retired, she enjoys gardening and water aerobics at the YMCA.

Lamar and his wife have lived in Del Norte since 1985. He is a retired English teacher. Lamar enjoys camping, hunting, fishing, and spending time with his family and grandchildren.

Stephen and his wife, Tina, have two children and have been in Del Norte since 2005. He is an insurance professional and has been active on the HOA board for most of his residency.

Dawn and her husband, Nat, have lived in the Del Norte/Eastgate community since 1999. Dawn is a native Greenvillian and has lived her entire life on Greenville’s Eastside. Dawn and Nat are self employed in their business specializing in employee benefits. They enjoy long walks around the neighborhood (you may have seen them with their Boston Terrier, Pixie), hiking, camping, and cooking. Dawn looks forward to meeting more members of the community at the pool this summer.

Brenda and her husband, Trevor, have lived in Del Norte since 2008. They have two sons. Brenda is a native of Greenville and a graduate of Furman University. She enjoys spending time with her family and baking.
Ryan Waring - Treasurer

Ryan and his wife, Beth, have lived in the neighborhood for since 2017, and this is his third year serving on the HOA board (first year as Treasurer). Originally from Columbia, Ryan was born and raised in South Carolina and went to USC (Civil Engineering). During his free time, Ryan is usually working on getting his vegetable garden growing or spending time outdoors.
