2026 HOA Meeting Schedule
The initial 2026 annual meeting was held on Sunday, February 7 at the Pavilion, where the 2026 HOA Board was elected. A subsequent HOA Board organizational meeting was held in February and the following tentative dates set for 2026 quarterly meetings:

Tuesday, May 5, 2026
Tuesday, August 11, 2026
Tuesday, November 10, 2026
Meetings are typically held once per quarter and begin at 7 pm at the Pavilion (400 Scottswood Road, downstairs meeting room).
