Homeowner Association Dues

Our annual dues in Del Norte/Eastgate are $100, and are due each March 15th for the calendar year. The HOA Board is using Square to send out electronic payment invoices, which go out each Feb 1st via email with a link to pay dues. Please contact the HOA Board via email (dnegcommunity@gmail.com) should you have questions about your dues or payment options.

Dues primarily cover various lights in the community, signs and sign maintenance, insurance, office supplies, and maintenance of common grounds, such as the grass at the park near the pool. 

Per our by-laws, the penalty for late payments is $5 per month per year of delinquency. Initial late fees are assessed on April 15th.

We appreciate prompt payment.

After April 15, $5 per month per year of delinquency will be added to unpaid accounts. Liens will be placed on homes that are past one year delinquency.

Dues:  $100 annually + $4 processing fee if paid online
